About this timer
EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) is a popular CrossFit-style format. At the top of each minute, you complete a set number of reps. Whatever time is left in that minute is your rest. The faster you finish, the more rest you get.
Tips
- Pick a rep count that lets you finish in 30–45 seconds.
- If you can't finish in time, lower the reps.
- EMOMs are great for skill work as well as conditioning.
