About this timer
The Pomodoro Technique was developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The method is simple: work with full focus for 25 minutes, then rest for 5 minutes, and repeat. After four cycles, take a longer 15–30 minute break.
Tips
- Silence notifications during work intervals.
- Use the break to stand up, stretch, or look away from screens.
- After 4 Pomodoros, take a longer break of 15–30 minutes.
